ORDERING VIA THE INTERNET - SECURE ENCRYPTED SYSTEM
We have a very easy to follow website and secure encrypted online payment facility which will guide you through all the information
we require to process your order quickly. All orders are confirmed upon receipt by email. If there are any questions or you are unsure
of, please and we will be happy to help you during our opening hours.
ORDERING BY TELEPHONE
If you would like to order by telephone please ensure that you have all relevant information to hand before making your enquiry - eg.
vehicle specification, make and model, engine size year of manufacture and the product code for the particular item you wish to purchase,

ORDERING BY FAX
Orders can be faxed to us giving all the required information and method of payment. Please also give us a contact telephone number so
that any enquiries regarding your order can be dealt with immediately. For your convenience, we are happy to fax you a written quotation for
any parts you require.

ORDERING BY POST
Orders can be posted to us at DesignTek, 51 Tallon Road, Brentwood, Essex CM13 1TG. All
cheques should be made payable to: DesignTek
Please write your cheque card number, expiry date and address on the reverse of the cheque so that we can obtain immediate clearance. In
the event that you have no cheque guarantee card, your goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared through the normal banking
procedure (approximately 7 working days). Bank Drafts and Postal Orders will ensure immediate dispatch (subject to availability) and should be
made out to DesignTek.
PAYING WITH CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
We accept most major debit and credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO, VISA DELTA, VISA ELECTRON, AMERICAN EXPRESS. We require
your Card Number, Expiry Date, CV2 Security Number, Name, Address and Telephone Number of the billing address. All details will be security checked
for your protection. (Any attempted credit card fraud is automatically reported to the police). Your card details are checked online, but NO FUNDS
ARE TAKEN until a member of our sales team has an opportunity to check your order. Once your order is checked we then process your payment. This process
allows us to check that what you have ordered is available and the correct delivery charge has been quoted. Should your order need amending a member of
our staff will email you a quotation or acknowledgement with the correct details.
PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER
Orders can be made online and the by selecting the ?Bank Transfer? payment method we will send you a order copy / invoice with the correct amount which
should be paid into our bank account. Once cleared funds have been received the order will be released.
